Who we are
Hornbeam Homes is a small family-run housing developer. We work in Hertfordshire and North London, identifying land that could be perfect for residential development and then building these out to create beautiful and sustainable homes to bring to the market.
We're experienced builders
Our Managing Directors have worked within construction for over 40 years. Projects we've completed during that time range from new build developments of 8+ new houses to renovations and change of use projects.
We're local
The majority of our projects have been within the North London/Hertfordshire area. We know it well. 95% of our tradespeople and suppliers live in this area and our projects create work and opportunity for local people.
We're personable
As a small family-run business we're flexible, easy to contact and have built strong relationships with neighbours wherever we have worked. If you're looking at a one of our homes, we're always happy to consider requests you may have about furnishings and decoration.
We're passionate about quality
You won't find any stories of poorly built homes from us. Our homes are all built with quality, community and sustainable considerations at their core. We want to build a lasting legacy of places that people love to live.
